Breastfeeding can be a wonderful, magical experience when everything goes right. Reality is that sometimes things get in the way and we need help to meet our breastfeeding/infant feeding goals. That is what I am here for! I come to your home and bring 20 years of breastfeeding experience with me. As an Occupational Therapist and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) I am able to provide evaluations to both parent and baby that will help us put a plan in place. Don’t struggle on your own! Feeding your baby is a huge part of your life with an infant. Let’s make it better for all involved. Breastfeeding is a valuable experience that provides lifelong benefit. It is worth figuring out how to make it better. Not breastfeeding? No problem, I can help with bottle feeding too!

I have advance skills and training for tethered oral tissues otherwise known as tongue tie and lip tie. This is my specialty area. I work in collaboration with several area providers to provide the best care possible to babies that are found to be tied. My skills as an OT allow me to work on body issues that contribute to reduced tongue mobility.

*What is an IBCLC? This is the highest level of training available to breastfeeding professionals. Don’t settle for less!

"Reagan is amazing and this is a long overdo review! The help I received from Reagan when my baby was only a few days old, is one of the major reasons we have now made it 14 months breastfeeding, after a very rough beginning. She evaluated my son and diagnosed a subtle appearing tongue tie, that was affecting the function of his tongue in a major way. She traveled over an hour to my house when I was struggling, on a Sunday. She took her time with us and was so thorough, kind, and so extraordinarily supportive. Following her visit she was available to help over the phone and had an abundance of resources and contact people to help with fixing our son's tongue tie. I cannot thank her enough for what she did for my mental health in those early days. After his tongue tie release, she revisited our home and instructed us with tongue exercises. I can honestly say that I may have given up breastfeeding, if I had not had the help and expertise of Reagan to keep me going. She helped in a way that the lactation consultants at the hospital could not. I think of her often as a bright light during the crazy time it was bringing out first baby home, and would highly recommend her to anyone who is struggling to breastfeed."

"Your passion for what you do is contagious. I was able to be seen quickly and to be seen at home was such a relief. I felt listened to/understood. You communicated clearly with me and did great with my son. Absolutely the best health visit I've had for my son!! If you ever need a positive review or a prospective client wants a reference, I would be more than happy to help!"

I don't typically leave reviews, but working with Reagan is too important not to. My little one was born with torticollis due to a fast delivery and did not want to breastfeed. After numerous appointments with folks at pediatric, physical therapy, dental (tongue tie eval), and chiropractic offices, I felt defeated/scared and reached out to Regan as a last resort to save our breastfeeding relationship (and my mental health). She was an inspiration. She was able to interpret my newborn's behaviors, put together resources specific to our situation, and made flange recommendations. When she left, I was in a much better place, but thought that I would still need to exclusively pump. By sticking to her recommendations and continuing to try with my baby, I'm happy to say there are entire days when I don't need to pump because my kiddo breastfeeds all day. Not only that, but she saved my supply by putting together a sustainable plan, and I'm proud to say that I went from worrying about my supply to being able to donate to a local milk bank. It didn't happen overnight - it took months - but trust the process, and trust Reagan. She will change your life.

What a rare gem! Before I talked with Reagan I didn’t think I’d be able to breastfeed my second baby and he has been nursing for three months now. She was so easy to talk too and so gracious with the postpartum anxiety I was experiencing related to feeding. She knows a ton about oral health and the lifelong benefits of optimal oral function - I learned a lot from her and would highly recommend if you are looking for a judgment free and enlightening lactation consultant 🙂

We loved working with Reagan! Her personality was one that made me feel immediately comfortable discussing my concerns, and it was so easy having her in our home. She did a thorough assessment and was super knowledgeable on oral anatomy and physiology. What I loved most about her was her holistic approach to treatment. Also being an OT, she was so knowledgeable and considerate of the bigger picture, recommending resources and exercises before jumping into medical intervention. Not to mention, she helps fit you to proper sized flanges which made pumping so much easier and comfortable for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone to help with their breastfeeding journey!

Reagan is absolutely amazing. I was a new mom and had a deep desire to breastfeed. I had so many questions and wanted to be sure my baby was latching and getting enough to drink. Reagan was just who I needed at the right time. I will forever be grateful for her time, knowledge and compassion! I hope to see her again some day with any future babies!
