Empowering Families is my Passion
Hello! Let me tell you a bit about me. I have been helping families for about 18 years. I officially became a La Leche League Leader in 2008. I became an IBCLC in 2015 when I couldn’t deny the calling any longer! I received my BS in Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University in 2001 and my Masters in OT in 2005. The same year I had my first child. I now have three children and have been married to a great guy for 20 years. We value our family and our family time and I like to think I bring this family respect with me on all of my consults. Your family matters and you get to decide what is best for you. I have said over the years that my calling isn’t really to infant feeding as much as it is to empower families. I want everyone to do what is best for them and to empower parents to advocate for themselves and their children.
I respect that all families look different. I am open to all makes and models of families and feeding styles. I treat all families with the respect and dignity they deserve.
Now that you know about me, I want to know about you! Contact me today!
