A Personalized In Home Feeding Visit Includes:
(An in home visit is meant to be very convienient for you. Other than putting away animals that may be bothered by a visitor, please do not do extra work. Enjoy the benefits of an in home visit!)
*It is highly unlikely that I am going to completely fix your issue in one visit. I give guidance to assist you and start you on the path to better feeding. By following the treatment plan we will make things better!
- Cost $195 plus travel fee if further than 30 min from my location
- $170 for Follow Up visits. Same travel fee applies
- Up to two hours face to face with Occupational Therapist IBCLC
- Detailed health/feeding history
- Evaluation of baby at breast or bottle
- Oral evaluation of baby
- Structural evaluation of baby
- Assessment of mother’s anatomy
- Additional assessments as needed
- Introduction to basics of Tummy Time!TM Method
- Care Plan listing next steps
- Feeding Visit Summary Report sent to your other Health Care Providers
- Superbill you may submit to insurance
- Two weeks of follow up calls regarding issues discussed during the visit
- Pump Flange Fitting. Time permitting this can be part of a regular visit if requested. If only a pump fit is needed the fee is $100.
Office Visit
- Includes all of the above help
- Very limited availability but please ask!
- $195 for Initial Visit
- $170 for Follow Up Care

Virtual Visits
- This is an effective way to have a Feeding Therapy visit when in person isn’t possible.
- The parent needs to supply many photos and videos before the visit to make the most of our virtual time.
- It is very helpful to have an extra set of hands to position the screen but not 100% necessary.
- Virtual Feeding Visit $160
Tummy Time!™ Method Visit Includes:
- Personalized TTM session 45-60 minutes.
- This is a great add on therapy if you are working with another provider for feeding difficulties.
- $100 private home session
- $65 virtual

Information Regarding Payment
Full payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Cash and check are preferable but I am able to process credit card payments as well, which includes health savings account cards. The Superbill serves as your receipt and is to submit for potential reimbursement from your insurance provider.
